Alright, this is my first time to post. So this is Tianjin, the place is pretty wild. It is China's third largest city-9 million people. The interior of most of the gigantic city blocks looked like this, pretty dirty, overcrowded, no underground sewage lines. But they are tearing these places down everyday to build more "modern" buildings. There is construction everywhere. But we had a good time, and I only got sick for one day (which happened to be the same day that our toilet was stopped up - woo hoo!). I think it was the tiny little squids I ate at dinner...they taste like chicken. It was a lot of fun, but probably the strangest place I've ever been. Definitely not a tourist town, we were mobbed everywhere we went. I was ready to get to Beijing. ~ Robby
