Thanksgiving

Robby and I finally got a new battery for our camera on Black Friday, so I was able to get these pictures off and will finish taking pictures of the house to post. Thanksgiving was wonderful, but sadly, we were not able to take any pictures! Here are a few pictures that Robby and I took the other night when we took Clara to The Summit for the Christmas parade and fireworks. I love this time of year. October 1 until December 31 are the greatest days of the year!

18 months old!

This is Clara's silly face. She makes it whenever she is being funny. It is hilarious!This is the rug in my kitchen, Clara loves to play on it. In fact, now that I think about it, there are only 2 rugs in my house... the one in the bathroom and the one in the kitchen. Clara likes to lay on both of them while she is playing.... apparently the hardwoods are too hard! When we can afford it, Robby and I will have to get more rugs. Our friends Will and Sarah have this really awesome rug. It is a lot like the one M has in her bedroom but fuzzier.... not shag, but fluffier than most rugs. I think I would like one of those for Clara's room....... maybe we will get Santa to bring her one!! I can't believe that my baby girl is 18 months old! It's crazy! She had her check up wed. It went really well. Clara's doctor said she had the reasoning and verbal skills of a two and a half to three year old, but the size of a 10 month old! She weighs 21 pounds and is 30 inches long! She eats well, she is just a little thing. Doctor Breedlove, who sees my sister's kids too, saw that I was worried and told me that the girls in my family just aren't really very big. I guess she is right, I just never really thought of myself as a little person... These are some pictures I took of Clara yesterday and today. Gigi bought her the Christmas dress last year for Christmas and it was too big, it is still a little big, but I had to let her wear it to my dad's office party today!

Well, it has been tough, but we are finally moved in and starting to get settled in the house! I promise to post pictures as soon as I get my camera back! :) I spent the entire day today working in our yard! Clara and I raked leaves and she jumped in them and stomped around! It was precious! She only had one break down today! Clara lost Muno in a pile of leaves and we spent forever searching for him! She cried and cried! We were lucky that we found him before I bagged him up! It was fun to work in the yard, but I think I am going to be very sore tomorrow!

Playing in our front yard! We have this great maple tree with beautiful yellow leaves! Clara loves to run and play in them. Clara and her daddy love to roll the pumpkin through the yard! Clara yells " one, two, three"!!! And then she throws her arms up in the air and laughs as the pumpkin rolls by!

We spent Halloween weekend moving into our new house!!!! YEAA!!! But we still took Clara out to eat with the Austin's and the Bailey's and then to trick-or-treat at my parents. It was fun! Pictures of the house are soon to come!

We love "Mus"

Clara loves her cousin Thomas. She calls him "Mus". She says night, night to his picture every night. He is sooo good with her. I am happy that we live here so they can know each other.

These are pictures from Jack's Birthday. We went to Botanical Gardens and hung out with him and his mommy for a little while! Clara had a lot of fun. She and Jack play together much better now that they are older.

Clara's new favorite show is Yo Gabba Gabba on Nick Jr. She LOVES it. I actually enjoy watching it with her too! My mom bought her these little plastic figures of all of the characters on the show and she carries them around everywhere! Muno, the red one, is her favorite. I actually spent 30 minutes with a flashlight last night looking for him in the front yard!
