We went to the lake last weekend with Will, Sarah, and baby Alice. Clara had the best time. She loves the lake. She cried the whole way home to go back and live at the lake! Jack, Jack let her borrow his puddle jumper (the blue floatie) and she wore it for days! She slept in it! It was so funny to watch her try to mover her arms... she looked like a sumo wrestler!

Robby and I kept baby Alice the other night while Will and Sarah were playing a gig. Clara did great, she was so gentle and read baby Alice books! Until.....
She found out that baby Alice was going to sleep in her crib! This is the look she gave us! Apparently she was not OK with this! Robby had to rock Alice to sleep because Clara would not let her mommy rock another baby! I guess if we have another child it will have to be daddy's baby!!!!
Clara was "helping" mommy cook the other night! She has to have "families" of everything. Notice how all of the pots, pans, and spoons are in little families!

Clara is so busy! She has a great imagination and likes to play by herself a lot more now than she used to. She loves to play outside in her sandbox, baby pool, or with sidewalk chalk. She also loves to look for leaf families or berry families! She always has to have a mom a dad and a baby sister :) Robby has been working very hard in the back yard to get the forest of trees and poison ivy cut down. I got into the poison ivy again and have had to take another steroid pack! That stuff loves me!
